Everyone must be able to trust each other to ensure that work is carried out properly and safely. We communicate clearly, help where necessary, and constantly coordinate with each other. A team that strengthens each other, because only together can we get the job done.
Reliability
At RBC, we know how important it is to build on each other. Everything at the terminal revolves around clarity and meeting agreements. We keep a grip on the schedule, notify customers, drivers, and colleagues in a timely manner if something changes, and ensure that they don’t face any surprises. We are honest when something doesn’t work out, and we solve it. This is how we build trust every day: in each other and in the way we do our work.
Quality awareness
At RBC, we work every day on quality. We pay close attention to procedures, safety, and cleanliness, both at the terminal and in our communication. Everything we do must be perfect. That starts with listening carefully to the customer and ends only when the work is truly done. We check, improve, and encourage each other to do better. Quality is not an extra, but an integral part of our work.
Engagement
We are committed to our work and to each other. In the workplace, we pay attention to others; we are a tight-knit team and are ready to help when needed. Customers also notice that commitment: we think along with them, respond quickly, and take their schedules and situations into account. But our commitment doesn’t stop at the door. Versatility
No two days are the same at the terminal, and that suits us. We are used to quickly adapting to whatever is needed at the moment. Whether it’s storage, heating, customs documents or a last-minute inspection: we think in possibilities and seek the best solution. Every customer request is different, and that requires practical flexibility. We are good at that.
