At RBC, we know how important it is to be able to build on each other. At the terminal, everything revolves around clarity and keeping agreements. We keep a grip on the planning, we let you know in time if anything changes and ensure that there are no surprises for customers, drivers or colleagues. We say it honestly if something does not work, and we solve it. This is how we work on trust every day; in each other and in the way we do our work.
Quality awareness
At RBC, we work on quality every day. We pay close attention to procedures, safety and cleanliness, both at the terminal and in our communications. Everything we do has to be right. This starts with listening carefully to the customer and only ends when the work is actually done. We check, improve and speak to each other when things can be done better. Quality is not an extra, but a natural part of our work.
Involvement
We are committed to our work and to each other. On the shop floor, we have an eye for the other person, we are a close-knit team and are ready when needed. Customers also notice this commitment: we think along with them, switch gears quickly and take their planning and situation into account. But commitment doesn't stop at the fence. We feel responsible for the environment, work safely and sustainably, and contribute to a pleasant working environment for everyone.
Versatility
No day is the same at the terminal and that suits us. We are used to switching quickly, moving with what is needed at the time. Whether it's storage, heating, customs documents or a last-minute inspection: we think in terms of possibilities and find the best solution. Every customer request is different, and that requires practical flexibility. That's what we're good at.
Responsibility
At RBC we take responsibility: for our tasks, for safety and for each other. We pay attention to what we do, speak to each other when necessary, and ensure a neat and safe workplace.
